As the Africa Health Workforce Observatory promotes networking, partnership and collaboration, a number of institutions contribute to the work of the Observatory. Thus, a steering group (AHWO/SG) has been created as an advisory group comprising collaborating partners and national observatories. It would oversee and guide the work of the secretariat and develop joint workplans, which would ensure the coherence of various efforts.
The objective of the AHWO/SG is to discuss the strategic orientation and activities of the AHWO, and provide advice to the work of the Observatory.
